The Great Escapes housekeeping department creates a welcoming environment in your home before each guest arrives with beds made prior to check in, luxury bath towels for each guest, hand soap at every sink, bath tissue in bathrooms and a welcome gift basket full of items to start off each week.
Your home will have the same housekeeper and inspector dedicated for the year to keep continuity and the same great presentation of your home to each week's vacationers and also to keep track of any items that may be missing or in need of repair. Great Escapes housekeepers and inspectors are employees and know the homes.
Every vacationer is covered by accidental damage insurance up to $1500 per week. In 2015, our insurance company paid EVERY claim submitted on behalf of our owners. All our homes have KABA electronic locks so you don’t have to worry about how many people have keys to your home.
We can see in real time when your door opens and can tell who is entering your home by the unique code they use. In addition, we walk through your home monthly during the off season to make sure all is well so you will have peace of mind knowing your home is safe and secure.

Most vacationers do not eat in restaurants and will be cooking for their whole family in your kitchen. We'll provide you with a standard inventory list for your kitchen and the rest of your home in your property management agreement and provide you with an annual inventory and action plan for you to sign off on each fall to keep your home in rental ready condition and plan for improvements we can make as repairs are needed.
