In Season, sheets are provided for each bed with beds made for your first night (top bunks nor sleeper sofa are not made). Bath Sets (Bath Towel, Hand Towel, Wash Cloth) are provided for occupancy 12. If you choose to bring your own linens, $175 will be deducted from your reservation fees. Off Season, Linens can be provided for a fee.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:TURNOVER DAY: Sunday Check in 4PM, Check out 10AM.
RESERVATIONS: A signed contract and 50% deposit is needed to reserve. Reservations can be made a year in advance with a $1000 deposit.
TAXES: We are required to collect state and local taxes of 12.75%.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 Security deposit required with final payment. This Security Deposit is refunded after inspector has check the house.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation Fee is $275 cancellation fee. Funds placed on the vacation reservation are non-refundable until a replacement contract is made. Please ask for more information on the cancellation policy on this home.
RENTAL GROUPS: One-third of single, unrelated adult renters groups must be at least 25; No Youth Groups, Spring Break & Graduation Partiers.
PET POLICY: Pets not permitted. Service Dogs for special needs are permitted with additional fee of $200 (+tax) to help with extra cleaning and treatment.
PARTIAL WEEK RENTALS: 3 nights is 70% of weekly rate, 4 nights is 80%, 5 nights is 90%, 6 nights is full rate. Our minimum is $1400.00 for any stay.
POOL HEATING**: Optional pool heat available. $450 in April, May, June, Sept, Oct; $250 in July & August. Pool closed Nov - Mar due to unpredictable temperature fluctuations.
